为循理会海外宣教士所创办的神学院，设址于高雄市新兴区河南二路，近高雄车站及捷运站。本院今年迈入第六十八年。
「牧职」是一间能够为神的教会培训拥有天国异象、灵命品格、真理知识、及事奉能力兼备的僕人领袖之神学院；并与有相同理念的堂会及机构，成为天国的伙伴，共同履行天国的使命。
